Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing TITINATE, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use TITINATE.

TITINATE may update or modify these Terms when necessary. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other available communication channels.

Eligibility

TITINATE is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

TITINATE is intended to be accessible to users in different countries, subject to the laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdictions.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of TITINATE is lawful in your country.

User Account and Security

Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials.

One Account Per User

Each person may create and use only one TITINATE account. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, bypass platform rules, or manipulate the system may result in suspension or permanent banning of the accounts involved.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your login information and prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Identity Verification

TITINATE may introduce identity verification or KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for certain features in the future.

When such verification becomes applicable, users may be required to provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.

Providing false information or falsified documents during a verification process may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent banning.

Any verification requirements applicable to withdrawals or other features will be communicated when those features become available.

Mining and RMG Rewards

TITINATE allows users to participate in its digital reward system and accumulate RMG according to the mining mechanisms and rules currently provided by the platform.

The operation of the mining and reward system may be modified, improved, or adjusted when necessary for the security, stability, or development of TITINATE.

Accumulating RMG on the platform must not be understood as a guarantee of financial profit or income.

Referrals

Referral rewards, where available, are subject to the conditions displayed by the platform. Creating accounts for the purpose of obtaining referral rewards, including referring yourself through additional accounts, is prohibited.

RMG Withdrawals

RMG withdrawal functionality is not currently available on TITINATE and may be introduced at a later stage of the platform's development.

The display or accumulation of RMG in a user's account does not mean that RMG is currently withdrawable, transferable, convertible into currency, or exchangeable for an asset with monetary value through TITINATE.

If withdrawal functionality becomes available in the future, TITINATE may establish additional requirements, including:

• Successful identity verification, where applicable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts.
• Applicable fees, if any.
• Processing times.
• Supported networks or addresses.
• Additional security procedures.

These requirements may be communicated to users before withdrawal functionality becomes available.

Anti-Fraud and Anti-Cheat Policy

TITINATE prohibits attempts to manipulate or defraud the platform in order to obtain RMG rewards artificially or interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

Prohibited activities include:

• Use of bots.
• Use of unauthorized automated scripts.
• Intentional exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Manipulation of the reward system, including changing the clock or date of a device to alter mining timing.
• Creation or use of multiple accounts.
• Methods intended to bypass TITINATE rules or security controls.
• Any other fraudulent or manipulative activity.

Suspension and Permanent Ban

TITINATE may suspend or permanently ban an account when fraudulent activity or a serious violation of these Terms is identified.

A permanent ban may be applied in cases of confirmed fraud or serious abuse of the platform.

Accounts involved in suspected fraudulent activity may be subject to investigation or temporary restrictions while the matter is reviewed.

RMG obtained through confirmed fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms may be cancelled or removed from the account.

RMG Risk Disclosure

Users acknowledge that participation in the RMG reward system involves uncertainty and risks.

TITINATE does not guarantee:

• A future monetary value for RMG.
• Future conversion of RMG into fiat currency.
• Listing of RMG on any exchange.
• A specific price for RMG.
• Financial returns.
• Profit for any user.

Users should participate with the understanding that accumulated RMG may have no monetary value.

Lawful Use of the Service

Users agree to use TITINATE in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their country.

It is prohibited to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.

Users must not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to TITINATE systems, servers, accounts, or data.

Intellectual Property

The TITINATE platform, including its interface, design, logos, text, features, graphics, software, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belongs to TITINATE or its respective rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, extraction, or use of protected platform content may be prohibited.

Service Availability

TITINATE will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and operational.

However, the Service may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting or network issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond TITINATE's reasonable control.

TITINATE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

System and Feature Changes

TITINATE may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform when necessary.

Such changes may include the mining system, reward rules, security mechanisms, account features, or other functionality.

Material changes may be communicated through available TITINATE communication channels.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the information they provide to TITINATE and for the use of their accounts.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Follow these Terms.
• Avoid prohibited automated methods.
• Not attempt to defraud, exploit, or manipulate the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TITINATE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

TITINATE does not guarantee any future financial value of RMG.

Tax Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations that may apply to their use of TITINATE or to RMG they may receive, hold, transfer, or otherwise use.

TITINATE does not provide individualized tax advice.

Termination

Users may stop using TITINATE at any time.

TITINATE may suspend or terminate an account when there is a violation of these Terms, including fraud, multiple-account abuse, or other serious misuse of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

TITINATE may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, its features, security requirements, operational rules, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest update date will be displayed at the beginning of this document.

Continued use of TITINATE after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Advertising and Third-Party Content

TITINATE may display advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are provided by third-party advertisers and advertising networks, and TITINATE does not control their content.

TITINATE is not responsible for the products, services, websites, or content of third-party advertisers. Any interaction with a third-party advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

Users must not click on advertisements for the purpose of generating revenue for TITINATE, and must not use automated methods to view or interact with advertisements. Information about the use of cookies and advertising technologies is available in our Privacy Policy.

Final Acknowledgment

By using TITINATE, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Use only one TITINATE account.
• Will comply with identity verification requirements if and when applicable.
• Do not use prohibited bots or unauthorized scripts.
• Do not engage in fraud or manipulation.
• Understand that RMG withdrawals are not currently available.
• Understand that RMG currently has no guaranteed monetary value.
• Accept these Terms of Service.
